1. Introduction and Acceptance

By using the 7wgame platform, you confirm that you are not suffering from any gambling addiction or compulsive gaming disorder, and that your participation in gaming activities on our platform is undertaken solely for entertainment purposes with funds you can afford to lose.

3.5 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 7wgame platform. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts under false identities, or allowing third parties to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any balances and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering standards, all Users must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. You will be required to submit the following documentation:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / national identity card)
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP, with your face and the KTP details clearly visible
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months

Verification typically takes 1-4 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary to verify your identity, age, or address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. 7wgame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

7wgame supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds of confirmation.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your 7wgame account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds from illegal activities. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. 5.3 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

5.4 Currency

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:

6.4 Bonus Abuse

7wgame reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, or any other attempt to exploit or abuse promotional offers.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. The use of bots, automated betting software, exploits, bugs, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

7.2 Game Outcomes

All games on the 7wgame platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams to determine outcomes. Game results are final and binding. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games, which represent the statistical long-term expected return. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP due to normal variance.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement, postponements, abandoned events, and result amendments. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 7wgame's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Technical Issues

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical malfunctions, software errors, server downtime, network failures, payment processing errors, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts may be voided.

10. Complaints, Disputes, and Resolution

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure
